The center harbors 90 rooms capable of housing up to 130 ambulatory senior citizens in single and select double occupancy arrangements. Rooms are thoughtfully positioned around seven internal gardens named after renowned Italian cities, offering residents the balance of privacy and accessibility to communal attractions. Special care is granted to the layout to provide every resident the security and easy accessibility to essential areas. The on-site amenities include a spacious chapel for daily Mass, multiple recreational rooms for activities, and a variety of special rooms dedicated to physical therapy, medical consultations, and personal care, all staffed by skillful personnel dedicated to the well-being of the community members.

At Villa Scalabrini, two gourmet meals—lunch and dinner—are prepared daily from scratch with fresh ingredients and a focus on healthy, appetizing choices tailored by the in-house chef.
