The facility includes newly constructed spacious apartments for couples, some with dens and two baths. Visitors are encouraged not to visit if displaying symptoms of COVID-19 after a significant exposure or positive test result. Community life is supported by skilled staff and nurses, providing medication management and health center assistance.

Residents at Valley Residential Services receive three meals a day in the Community Foundation Dining Room and have access to snacks and drinks in the Adirondack Room café from 8 am to 8 pm.
