Life Plan: Maximum Security for Today and the Future This plan provides the highest level of financial security by combining all the amenities of The Village with the assurance that Assisted Living, Memory Support, or Skilled Nursing will be available to you at a significantly discounted rate if needed. Lifetime Refund Plan: Flexible Refund Options Choose between a 50% or 80% refund level with our Lifetime Refund Plan. This plan includes all the benefits of The Village Lifestyle while maintaining equity in your investment. Upon releasing your apartment, your estate will receive the refund within 90 days.
