Supported Community Lifestyles, Inc. (SCL) was established in January 2004 by Ron Hammock. The organization is dedicated to empowering nearly 200 individuals with developmental disabilities across several counties in Northeast Oklahoma. SCL combines clinical, residential, and vocational support, focusing on those with dual diagnoses and complex behavioral challenges. The committed team of 440 professionals strives to provide a safe, dignified, and fulfilling life for those they serve. The mission of SCL is to partner respectfully and dignifiedly with the people they serve to develop a meaningful quality of life, ensuring safety for everyone involved, including the wider community. The organization manages around 50 group homes in the Northern Oklahoma Region and provides community living supports.
