Senior Living Scope of Care At Summerset, our team of care professionals is well-equipped to provide high-quality and timely care to our residents. We offer a comprehensive scope of care for senior living. Our certified nurse conducts physical, emotional, and cognitive evaluations for each resident before moving in. Furthermore, residents undergo an assessment 30 days post-move-in, followed by evaluations every six months or with any change in their condition. The nurse, in collaboration with the resident's physician and family recommendations, develops a personalized care plan that addresses the resident's needs. These assessments are utilized to ensure that our residents receive the necessary scope of care for senior living and guarantee that a suitable number of staff members are engaged. Our senior living scope of care services to each resident includes: Personal care – assistance with the activities of daily living, including getting dressed, bathing, grooming, safety check-ups, and escorting the resident to and from daily events Medication reminders – include consultation with primary physicians and pharmacies, plus ordering medications and scheduled reviews of medicine by a licensed nurse Incontinence management – daytime and overnight assistance

Senior Social Engagement Program Our goal for our each of our residents is to create meaningful experiences through learning, creating, and movement. The team in charge of our Senior Social Engagement Program at Summerset believes in collaborating with residents and their families to create a curriculum that is exciting and fulfilling for each resident. When our residents asked us for special programming to keep their brain active, we did our research. We implemented the latest technology in brain fitness into our activity centers. Our residents get to experience “It’s Never too Late”, which is an education and exercise program that is fitted with 3,000 new games and activities as well as computer aided brain fitness challenges to keep those neurons firing. We love that we have residents from many diverse backgrounds; it is our joy to create programming that acknowledges the different experiences of one another. It is our top priority to bring meaningful experiences to each resident. We do our best to create an environment that encourages learning, growth, and excitement in every activity, bus trip, cultural experience, and entertainment event that is offered.
