Centrally situated in Muskego and neighboring Hales Corners, Franklin, and New Berlin, Steeple View offers easy access to local conveniences and is open for visits during standard business hours. Its alignment with Hales Corners Lutheran Church provides opportunities for inter-generational engagement, thereby enriching the social fabric of the community. The facility's operational framework is steered by a board of directors comprising volunteers, which ensures decision-making aligns with the community's welfare. Steeple View takes great pride in its not-for-profit status, guaranteeing that all proceeds are reinvested into the community, thus preserving an affordable yet high-quality living experience for all residents.

Although Steeple View does not currently offer a conventional meal service, it fosters community engagement through shared meals and get-togethers. The dining room, with a capacity for accommodating 150 guests and a full-service kitchen, is available for residents to book for personal use at no cost. Options for meals are provided by 'Home Cuisine' with a range of delicious choices from the Open Flame Restaurant and 'Kerry's Kitchen,' which can be ordered daily.
