This dedicated space ensures residents feel accepted, with their physical, social, and emotional needs attentively addressed. In the face of the unfamiliar routines and people that characterize each day for those with Alzheimer’s, Marden’s Place provides a safe environment supported by consistent, trained, and compassionate staff. Named after Dr. Marden Habegger, Marden’s Place embodies his vision for specialized care and comfort. Dr. Habegger, a revered physician with over 40 years of practice in Reedley, played a pivotal role as a founding member of Sierra View Homes. Even while residing on the campus, he served on its planning committee, leaving a lasting legacy of compassionate care.

Sierra View Homes Retirement Community spans a 14-acre campus nestled in the San Joaquin Valley town of Reedley, situated near the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and approximately 30 miles from Fresno. The Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks are a scenic one-hour drive away in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, while Yosemite National Park is about a two-hour drive north of Reedley. Reedley, a quaint community surrounded by vineyards and orchards and bordered by the Kings River, is renowned as the "Fruit Basket of the World." Locally grown fruit frequently graces our dining menus. In February and March, the fields around Reedley burst with vibrant colors, marking the arrival of Spring. Sierra View residents often partake in the famous Blossom Trail, savoring the sights and scents of the blossoming flowers.
