Senior Care Partners P.A.C.E. empowers independence and autonomy for older adults through exceptional interdisciplinary and integrated geriatric care. They bring community and wellness to older adults, allowing them to continue living life through the independence of their own homes. Their holistic and all-inclusive approach provides physical, mental/emotional, and social services through their Adult Day Health Center. As a PACE program, they utilize Medicare and Medicaid funding to serve members free of charge at their centers, while also accommodating those not on these programs at an affordable cost. Senior Care Partners P.A.C.E. operates across multiple locations including Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, Albion, and Portage, each providing comprehensive care and services specific to the needs of each community.
