Polly's Place

State License #306006178 Polly's Place is a licensed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly where your loved ones are cared for like one of their own. Polly’s Place was opened in 2022 by Polly herself. She aims to provide loving, full-service, high-quality care for all her elderly clients. Polly has made a conscious effort to hire some of the best Certified Nurse Assistants and Caregivers to attend to her residents. As a former personal trainer and massage therapist, Polly promotes an active lifestyle among her residents through stretching, strength training, massage, and outside activities. As an avid animal lover, Polly accepts residents' four-legged friends to support their happiness and quality of life. Our home has six fully furnished private rooms, each with a bed, dresser, chair, side table, and lamp. All rooms have private half baths, and three have private full bathrooms (all wheelchair accessible). All rooms have an exit to the exterior and are wheelchair accessible. We are uniquely positioned to provide our residents with care through hospice.
