Pathway Enterprises

Pathway Enterprises, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities, encouraging independence, and supporting the community. Established in 1985 under the name Southern Oregon Training and Habilitation, the organization aimed to provide homes and work opportunities for residents of Southern Oregon with mental illnesses and developmental disabilities. Pathway Enterprises has a rich history of innovation, having opened the first apartment-supported living program for developmentally disabled adults in Jackson County in 1988. The organization is guided by a mission to offer individuals opportunities to live, work, and recreate in their communities, fostering personal growth, integration, and independence. They have been pivotal in creating a supportive network that enhances the lives of people with disabilities by focusing on effective communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
