Zumwalt Courts, part of Pathfinder Inc., is a HUD-constructed apartment complex located in Jacksonville, Arkansas. The complex comprises 20 one-bedroom apartments. Named in honor of Col. McLyle and Mrs. Joan Zumwalt for their longstanding dedication to Pathfinder since 1971, Zumwalt Courts aims to provide a supportive living environment. Dedicated in 1988, it was one of the first apartment complexes established by Pathfinder. Zumwalt Courts offers a comprehensive framework combining a home environment with specialized professional services. It focuses on cultivating self-respect, responsible judgment, and practical life skills among its residents. Individualized program plans and measurable outcomes are in place to track progress and aid in self-development, decision making, and home management.
