Opportunity Matters is a non-profit organization that has been supporting individuals with disabilities since 1980, based in Sartell, MN. The organization is dedicated to creating opportunities that empower individuals and their families to reach their full potential by providing residential services, social opportunities, transitional education options, adult day services, and direct care. With a mission focused on full participation and promoting independence, Opportunity Matters ensures high-quality support through a dedicated staff. Opportunity Matters provides 18 community residential homes in St. Cloud, Sauk Rapids, Sartell, and St. Joseph. Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services under 245D Home and Community Based Services, these sites are tailored to accommodate individuals on state waivers or private pay. The organization promotes a person-centered approach, ensuring services are designed to meet the specific needs of each resident.
