New Horizons is a 15-bed facility located in the City of Corona, which began operation in September 2017. Our facility is dedicated to providing top-notch care and support to individuals in need, ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care possible. We serve Corona and nearby cities such as Eastvale, Norco, Chino Hills, and Riverside. Our range of services includes assistance with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as showering, grooming, and incontinence care, as well as medication management. We provide healthy meals and snacks, housekeeping, laundry, and continued personal care throughout the day. Residents can enjoy socials, creative activities, outings, daily exercises, and monthly visits from a doctor and a podiatrist. We also celebrate birthdays, making each resident feel special and valued. Mission Our mission is to provide high-standard individualized living care for seniors where they can be independent, ensure they receive the best care possible, help improve their lives and assist them in achieving fulfillment at home. We aim to provide high quality care and services to our residents and ensure their safety and well being. Vision Our goal is to become the most reliable assisted living home provider in Corona and the places we serve. We also aim to see a future where the elderly in the community live their best, spend their days happy, and achieve their goals with the help of our care.
