Founded by Joe and Kristine Knetzer in 2000, the organization offers residential services in congregate settings, licensed homes, and intermediate care facilities, as well as adult day and vocational services. With an emphasis on person-centered care, Midwest Family of Companies includes four main components: Midwest Health Services, Midwest Community Services, Midwest Behavioral Health, and Community Health Network. Each entity shares a mission to create meaningful life experiences for each person, fostering independence and enriching choices. The organization's leadership, including experienced professionals like Chairman Joseph B.
