Middlesex Health Care Center

Middlesex Health Care Center has been a stalwart facility, providing compassionate care to Connecticut residents through its skilled nursing services. However, it has been announced that the center has filed a Petition for Closure, marking the end of its service to the community after a long-standing history. The State of Connecticut has approved the Petition for Closure, and as per the Closure Plan, Middlesex Health Care Center will remain functional until all current residents have been safely relocated to appropriate facilities. The anticipated date for the complete closure of the facility is tentatively set for March 4, 2024.
