Kokoro Assisted Living has 54 residential units, with 37 reserved for low- to moderate-income residents under its non-profit status, supported by tax-exempt status under Internal Revenue code section 501(c)(3). Managed by a Board of Directors and operated by Sequoia Living, Kokoro places a strong emphasis on community engagement and integration with broader societal structures.
