The Coddington community is intimately structured, featuring fifteen private suites, a deluxe suite suitable for couples, and an extensive 300 square feet of personal area in each private suite. The facilities allow residents to bring their own furniture, helping them retain a sense of home and familiarity. In addition, each suite includes an in-suite 3/4 shower, ensuring privacy and comfort. Safety and wayfinding are also thoughtfully integrated into the design, with circular hallways facilitating easy navigation and walking exercises.
