Home Sweet Home Assisted Living is locally owned residential care home for seniors. We offer personalized care in a comfortable, residential setting. Our home is situated in the newer Summerly community, near Storm Stadium in Lake Elsinore, just one mile from the freeway. We provide private and semi-private bedrooms within a spacious open floor plan. There comes a time in life when we need extra support, often as our independence decreases with age. Over the past eight years, I've provided nursing care to senior patients and recognized the significant need for knowledgeable and compassionate care for our elderly loved ones. The Administrator/Owner is a Licensed Vocational Nurse with extensive geriatric nursing experience, ensuring that our experienced caregivers deliver exceptional care. At Home Sweet Home Assisted Living, we are dedicated to creating a warm and supportive environment where seniors can thrive.
