Holly Ridge Manor is an assisted living community located on the edge of Starbuck. The community offers spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments with nursing services available to meet the individual needs of residents. A major addition and renovation were completed in Fall 2018, providing residents with a large dining room, snack area, recreation lounges, and a sun porch with an outdoor sitting area and raised garden boxes. Holly Ridge Manor prides itself on being a safe and close-knit community, with staff available on site 24 hours a day. Holly Ridge Manor comprises various types of assisted living units. The facility offers several one-bedroom units, including a few that are handicap accessible. Unit sizes vary, with the largest being 726 square feet and the smallest being 500 square feet. Utilities such as heat, electricity, water, and garbage pick-up are included, with telephone, cable TV, and Wi-Fi available at an additional charge. The community provides full access to on-site laundry rooms.
