Havenwood LLC is a limited income, 16-unit Certified Residential Care Apartment Community that provides tenants with security, privacy, and opportunities for socialization and lifestyle choice. Havenwood is owned and operated by Glenhaven, Inc., and is licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a Certified Residential Care Apartment Complex. Havenwood's apartments range from one bedroom to spacious two-bedroom units, measuring between 600 and 800 square feet. There are three different floor plans to choose from, with all units on one level. Each apartment features private bathrooms with ample storage and large walk-in showers, is 100% handicap accessible, and includes a large kitchenette with its own pantry. All utilities are included except telephone and cable.
