Nestled in a quiet and friendly neighborhood in Richmond in close proximity to shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores, movie theater, senior centers and libraries. Our charming residential care home offers a warm, home-like atmosphere where residents receive individualized care and attention. We are private pay facility. Prices based on our assessment of required services. OUR FACILITY. One fully furnished Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), three bedrooms, activity room and a large living room overlooking a bright backyard with ample daylight, one roll in and one walk in shower, wheelchair accessible ramps, backyard vegetable garden. House located in the Fairmede-Hilltop District with panoramic views of the San Francisco Bay from the backyard in a serene and quiet environment. Our facility is monitored by ADT, and we maintain a secure environment with trained staff, strict safety protocols, and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene to ensure peace of mind for residents and their families.
