Everlasting Services is the leading and largest brain injury assisted living provider in Arizona and the only provider with a dedicated traumatic brain injury (TBI) campus with a comprehensive suite of services. The assisted living care and services include nursing, general health and wellness and neuropsychological and neurobehavioral treatment. All of its facilities provide 24-hour care and supervision that are designed to meet the unique physical and behavioral needs of brain injury survivors. • Long-term Care. Its communities offer a structured and active environment to treat brain-injury clients with prolonged, complex disabilities and behaviors. Its program focuses on safety, community access and overall quality of life. • Social and Community Reintegration. Everlasting Services' social programs are designed to maximize each person’s quality of life by developing leisure and vocational pursuits that are meaningful and consistent with the clients' life goals. Activities include music therapy, shopping outings, movies, support groups, baseball games, parks/garden tours, museum/zoo, farmers markets, camping trips, etc. • Neuropsychology. Its board-certified clinical neuropsychologist is responsible for assessing cognitive and behavioral conditions, assisting in treatment planning and recommending behavioral strategies to improve the client’s quality of living. • Director of Nursing. Assesses and supervises individuals' treatment plans and advocates for the optimum health and wellness of each client. The nurse assures the quality of care by adhering to nursing standards and making or recommending necessary adjustments. • Transportation. All clients are transported by staff members using the company’s fleet of shuttle vans. The operations of the vans are designed to improve accessibility to appointments and activities while providing convenience and comfort.
