Empower Center Care has a proud tradition of delivering compassionate care to those in need. Founded in 2014, we started with four group homes in the Eastside St. Paul and West St. Paul areas. After six successful years, we expanded by constructing our current location in Hazel, initially offering 24 rooms. Recognizing the increasing demand for exceptional care, we undertook a major expansion in 2023, adding 30 more rooms to our facility. This expansion, completed in April 2024, underscores our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality care while accommodating more residents.
