Skilled Nursing Care Our skilled nursing communities offer 24-hour skilled nursing care for short-term rehabilitation stays and for long-term residents. Our compassionate and caring staff is trained to assist our residents with their complex medical needs and activities of daily living. Our services include physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Assisted Living Our assisted living communities offer a variety of accommodations, supportive services and health care tailored to meet the needs of individual residents. Our staff provides assistance with everyday living activities such as bathing, dressing, and assistance with medications, meals and transportation. Our services can include assistance with mobility, incontinence and some mild cognitive impairment. Residents are assessed upon move in, or at any time there is a change in condition. Other services, such as home health care may be arranged through an outside agency.
