Danville Services, founded in 1986, is a mission-driven organization dedicated to serving people with disabilities. Over the years, it has developed a network of safe, cozy group homes and provides supported employment, supported living, and day programs. These initiatives focus on improving the daily lives of clients by offering diverse activities such as discovery trips, community access, event participation, and physical rehabilitation. Danville prides itself on assisting individuals in reaching their fullest potential and helping them to achieve higher self-worth and self-esteem. The organization has grown since its inception and now spans 31 markets across four western states. With a commitment to delivering exceptional client care, Danville continually seeks to expand its reach and capability to accommodate the needs of its clients. Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are integral to the organization's success, contributing to the health, happiness, and success of clients. With a dedicated team of over 1200 professionals, Danville remains steadfast in its mission of bringing joy and quality of life to those it serves.
