The organization is dedicated to providing individualized learning, vocational training, and work opportunities to help individuals lead fulfilling lives. Founded as a 501(c)3 non-profit, CLIMB supports people by creating opportunities for skill development in natural environments, emphasizing the importance of positive behavior supports and pre-vocational training.

CLIMB participants engage in a variety of activities including volunteering at local organizations such as the Salvation Army Meals On Wheels, Red Cross Meals on Wheels, and the Los Angeles Animal Services Care Center.
