With a generous offering of 117 apartments, seniors at Cerenity Humboldt have the luxury of maintaining their independence while receiving the support they need. Meals are enjoyed in the Humboldt Bluff Café, where dining is a shared social experience and residents have access to stimulating activities and amenities such as arts and crafts, exercise programs, and spiritual care. The Memory Care community at The Residence fosters a homely atmosphere, with two levels of secure living spaces and specialized activities that promote mental stimulation and physical activity. Cerenity Humboldt stands out as a caring and nurturing environment tailored to make senior living both comfortable and enjoyable. Cerenity Senior Care Humboldt boasts an expansive and safe environment for its residents with two primary facilities on a 15-acre campus. The Residence is dedicated to Assisted Living and early-stage Memory Care, providing a secure and supportive setting for individuals showing signs of memory loss. It is equipped with amenities like a ground-floor lounge, activity rooms, and a welcoming outdoor courtyard. Pets are also experienced provided the residents can take care of them responsibly. On the flip side, The Care Center is home to a Skilled Nursing facility offering timely and compassionate care with private or semi-private room options, including a special Comfort Care Room to support families during their final moments together. Rehabilitation therapies are thoroughly planned, aiming for discharge upon arrival, emphasizing restoring function, and enhancing independence in daily activities.

The Residence at Cerenity Humboldt features a ground-floor lounge with fireplace and coffee area, activity/community room with large screen TV and outdoor courtyard. Pets are welcome if the resident can provide appropriate care. The Residence at Cerenity Humboldt’s Memory Care community provides a homelike environment for individuals with early stages of dementia and memory loss. There are two levels of living in memory care, and both are secure settings. One area is for higher-functioning memory care residents and the other is for those needing more direction and cues. We focus on our residents and encourage them to enjoy as much independence as possible. Elderly Waiver now accepted! Skilled Nursing Before admission, a social worker and nurse perform an assessment to ascertain the best level of care for each resident. The social services department assists new residents and their families with every aspect of transitioning and acclimating to life at Cerenity Senior Care. Throughout a resident’s stay at our skilled nursing facility, social workers ensure each resident’s needs are met; assist with applying for financial assistance; and refer residents and family members to community resources as needed. They also assist with discharge planning as appropriate.

Each Residence at Cerenity Senior Care is staffed 24/7. Skilled Nursing - When residents need round-the-clock nursing care, Skilled Nursing care to residents who have a variety of needs. This is the highest level of care a person can receive outside of a hospital. Memory Care - we serve those with Alzheimer’s or other age-related dementia at Cerenity Senior Care. Residents will find healthful, meaningful activities delivered in a safe setting. And they benefit from individualized plans for care that accommodate both preferences and needs. Rehabilitation - These services include Skilled Nursing care, as well as physical, occupational and speech therapies as ordered by the physician. Various medical, cardiac, respiratory and neurological conditions are treated here. In addition, we assist seniors recovering from surgeries and orthopedic procedures. Bariatric rooms are also available. Hospice - Hospice care is focused on comfort, rather than a cure. Cerenity Senior Care Hospice provides palliative care, including symptom and pain management, with interdisciplinary hospice teams providing case management, social work and chaplain support. Respite Care - Our Respite Care is all about providing a welcoming break for caregivers and a comforting home. Our on-site licensed nurse and 24/7 registered nurse ensure top-notch care day and night.
