Casa de Oakes is a family-owned and operated business dedicated to enhancing the lives of its residents by providing quality care with a focus on individuality and dignity. Since its establishment in 2000, the community has grown to encompass a range of facilities catering to assisted living, memory and extra care, and homes for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities. Guided by a mission to offer top quality care in a safe and supportive environment, Casa de Oakes respects residents' independence while supporting them and their families as needs change with age. Located in Reedsburg, Wisconsin, Casa de Oakes offers a modern, state-of-the-art 40-bed campus that includes both assisted living and memory care facilities. The assisted living section features 20 beds and was opened in the fall of 2015, with the memory care wing following in 2016. Each assisted living room features amenities such as full baths, mini refrigerators, and individual climate controls, while memory care rooms are equipped with half baths and large windows. The facilities are licensed by the State of Wisconsin and offer 24-hour staff, including on-call registered nurses.
