Located on a sprawling 55-acre campus in Suwanee, Georgia, Annandale Village provides a comprehensive continuum of care, ensuring that residents live fulfilling lives with independence and choice. The community prides itself on creating an environment filled with safety, security, and opportunities for personal growth across an individual's lifetime. For over 50 years, Annandale Village has positively impacted the lives of adults with special needs, offering residential services, day programs, life enrichment activities, and respite care. Residents, known as Villagers, receive compassionate and personalized care designed to meet their individual needs and abilities. The community serves as a home where friendships flourish, skills are developed, and happiness thrives. Annandale Village's campus features beautifully landscaped grounds with nature trails, pedestrian pathways, and a robust selection of facilities designed for both communal and personal enjoyment. It includes 11 residences, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an indoor pool, and facilities for arts and vocational training. The Patricia M. Brown Center for Programs is the hub for activities, housing a gymnasium, music room, and more. Security and peace of mind are paramount, with 24-hour supervised care available across its multiple living environments, which include personal care homes, assisted living, independent living, and a skilled nursing center dedicated to adults with disabilities. Annandale Village supports over 225 Villagers each year, ensuring they have access to healthcare, wellness programs, and personalized support plans.
