All The Little Things Count (ATLTC) is a Home and Community Service (HCS) provider based in Texas, dedicated to offering quality services to individuals with special needs. Founded by Sandra Graves, ATLTC caters to people without regard to age, sex, race, or level of disability, living up to its motto, "We care like a parent." The organization enrolls eligible individuals and emphasizes helping clients achieve their full potential through self-determination. Sandra Graves' personal experiences with her children, who were born with disabilities, propelled her to establish ATLTC in 1997. With a focus on excellence, ATLTC became a fully certified HCS program provider. The organization currently serves over three hundred individuals with special needs throughout various counties in the Gulf Coast area, consistently ensuring high consumer and family satisfaction. All The Little Things Count serves individuals in the counties of Brazoria, Galveston, Fort Bend, Harris, Montgomery, and Wharton, offering their programs in multiple locations. The community provides a spectrum of services designed to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live with dignity as contributing members of society. They offer customized care plans based on each individual's needs, ensuring a supportive environment.
